Cheryl brings a wealth of experience to her real estate business. In 1976, after graduating from college with an Interior Design degree, she began her career as a designer at one of the premier furniture stores in Houston, Texas. She was a top selling designer and continued her design career until 1980, when her first of three children was born.

She put her design career "on hold" until 1987, when she and Bob and their three children moved to Parker, Colorado. With all of the kids in school, Cheryl decided to open her own design firm. Over the next 17 years, Cheryl enjoyed a successful design career, working on projects as small as picking pillows for a sofa to helping design multimillion dollar homes. She's seen it all in her years of design.

In 2004, Cheryl made a life changing decision. Her husband, Bob, and she were "burned out" in their current careers. Bob had been in the mortgage business since 1976, when they were married. While both had been successful in their careers, they were ready for a change. But, it needed to make sense and they wanted something that would give them the opportunity for super success. It was apparent that real estate would be the perfect vehicle. So, Cheryl went to real estate school and got her Colorado real estate licence.

Cheryl and Bob founded The Parker Home Center in 2004. Cheryl's focus would be on the day to day operations of a real estate agent. Bob's function would be to handle all of the marketing. And, to assist Cheryl, when needed. His lending background would become one of the keys to their success. In their first full year in the business with Prudential Peak Real Estate, Cheryl was named "Rookie of the Year". Eventually, Cheryl and Bob joined Remax Alliance in Parker. This was the premier real estate office in Parker and Douglas County. Cheryl and Bob felt it was time to make the leap and join the "A Team", so to speak. From the beginning Cheryl has been among the top producers in her office, achieving the Remax 100 Club annually.

And, in 2012, Cheryl became the top producing agent at Remax Alliance Parker, achieving the prestigious Remax Platinum level. Just this year, Cheryl was inducted into the Remax Hall of Fame. And, already she has reached the Platinum level for 2014. Their goals for 2015 are exciting! The market is the best it's been since Cheryl and Bob started in 2004. They are poised for a great year.
